Original Music/Production

“A Little Something”

This is an original song. I wrote the lyrics and music. “A Little Something” was engineered, produced and recorded by me in my home studio with the exception of drums and vocals, which were recorded at Big T Productions in Quincy, MA. Performed by Alexa Hartman (vocals), Jack Wildes (drums) and Ryan Noreke (guitar, bass).

“Ain’t it Fun”

This is my cover of Paramore’s song, “Ain’t It Fun”. I arranged, engineered, and produced the song. Drums and vocals were recorded at Big T Productions in Quincy, MA. Guitar, bass and overdubs were recorded in my home studio. Performed by Alexa Hartman (vocals), Jack Wildes (drums) and Ryan Noreke (guitar, bass).

“Camaselle”

This is an improvisation over chord progressions that I arranged. In the first half, I improvised lines on acoustic guitar, where I played both rhythm and lead. In the second half, I soloed on electric guitar over bass and acoustic guitar tracks. I performed and recorded all of the tracks and used both dynamic microphones and digital amplifiers. For the acoustic guitar, I used two Shure SM57s in an XY configuration, and I hard-panned both mics, which gave me a really full sound. My motivation for the work was to craft a piece where I could create an interplay of acoustic and electric guitar sounds, showcasing both equally.
